The conclusion from the above chart, under the same inlet and experimental conditions, the titanium based composite intermediate layer lead dioxide electrode has the best treatment effect on wastewater. The electrode treatment effect of titanium based lead dioxide composite intermediate layer is better than that of tin antimony intermediate layer titanium based lead dioxide electrode. The reason for the analysis is that the titanium based composite intermediate layer of lead dioxide has a higher oxygen evolution potential than other electrodes, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of side reactions during the electrolysis process. The current efficiency is high, so the treatment effect is good.

From the above data, it can be seen that the composite intermediate layer lead dioxide anode has a significant effect on degrading COD in printing and dyeing wastewater. Through stepwise cyclic electrolysis, high concentration COD can be reduced by 50ppm according to the national emission standard within 2 hours of treatment.8. Product usage background and introduction:With the development of industry, the discharge of organic wastewater is increasing day by day, especially the high concentration wastewater discharged from industries such as chemistry, food, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals, which has high chromaticity, high toxicity, and contains a large amount of biologically recalcitrant components, seriously polluting rivers, lakes, and seas The new technology of electrolysis for water treatment has the advantages of no need to add chemical agents, small equipment volume, small footprint, and no secondary pollution. It has been used to treat wastewater containing organic pollutants such as hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers, phenols, etc. The removal of COD mainly relies on the oxidation reaction on the anode surface, which directly oxidizes and degrades organic matter on the anode surface. The anode potential must be higher than the decomposition potential of organic matter, so the two competitive reactions that occur on the anode are organic matter oxidation and oxygen evolution.
